Transparency
Nexartis is a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of Delaware. It is controlled by its members which include its Founders and Managers. Nexartis is a member of The AI Music Video Show Limited Liability Company (AIMVS LLC) and is the majority member. Day-to-day operations are entrusted to the General Manager. Certain members of the AIMVS LLC are also members of Nexartis LLC.
The Founders of Nexartis and AIMVS also formed the Open Commercial Media/Content Ecosystem (OCME), (ocmeco.org) as a way to help organize a collective of creators/artists who collaborate, share resources, build a governance framework (GF) under which they operate and otherwise work together without traditional business structure. OCME has by-laws, a three-member Board of Directors, a Board appointed Executive Director and importantly an Industry Advisory Council (IAC) composed of peers from the community of creators/artists participating in the OCME. The OCME/IAC rely on social norms, inclusivity, peer accountability, and shared values to organize and govern.
When Nexartis works with a community and builds a mutually dependent ecosystem, as contrasted to when it sells a product or solution, it agrees to adhere to and support the Governance Framework of the community, as is the case with the OCME. As part of this commitment Nexartis is responsible for providing the tools necessary for all participants to have full ownership of their contributed content as well as transparency to any/all monies earned as a result of their contributed content in accordance with the GF.
